3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of DhanSurya, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges as outlined in your service agreement

• Use our services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms are as follows:

• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to:

• Financial information and data
• Client lists and relationships
• Technical information and processes
• Any other information designated as confidential

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, methodologies, and intellectual property developed by DhanSurya remain our exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DhanSurya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees must be paid
• Confidential information must be returned or destroyed
• Work in progress will be delivered as agreed

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients through email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
